About the race
Please join us for our 5th Annual Steps to Cure Sarcoma. This community event will feature a 5K run/walk, a 1-mile kids' race, a 1-mile walk, awards, a DJ, Chris Cakes' pancake breakfast, adult & kids' beverages, a raffle, and a silent auction. We are thrilled about this year's event! The race officially starts at 9:00 AM on October 24th. DJ begins at 8:00, and race announcements start at 8:45. Race Day: English Landing Park Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026 Time: 9:00AM Location: 8701 McAfee St, Parkville, MO 64152 Packet Pickup: Fettermans Parkville Location Date: Thursday, October 22, 2026 Time: 3:00PM - 6:00PM Location: 7069 Elizabeth St, Parkville, MO 64152 If you cannot make packet pickup, no worries; we will be checking in participants on the morning of the race from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
