Outrun the Stigma 5K Run/Walk Saturday, May 22, 2027 5K Start: 9:00 AM Course Closes: 10:30 AM Join The PopPsych! Foundation for the inaugural Outrun the Stigma 5K Run/Walk, a community event dedicated to raising mental health awareness, promoting wellness, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Run, walk, or do a little of both! Whether this is your first 5K or your fiftieth, all fitness levels are welcome. Early Bird Registration Adults (18+): $35 Children (Ages 8–17): $25 Available through January 18, 2027 Regular Registration Adults (18+): $45 Children (Ages 8–17): $30 Children 7 & Under: FREE Children ages 7 and under may participate for free with a registered parent/guardian. A race shirt and finisher medal are not included with free participation. Virtual 5K: $35 Can't join us in person? Participate from wherever you are! Show up for yourself or someone you love, or to support mental health awareness. Support mental health awareness and advocacy Help break the stigma surrounding mental health Promote physical and mental wellness Connect with and support our community Bring your crew!
