About the race
The 2026 Wattle will cater to a diverse range of participants, offering a variety of activities for all abilities. This will be our 15th consecutive Wattle, and we are excited to offer a Primrose Children's Run, Turkey Leg 100-meter Run, and a 5K Walk/Run. All of this is set for November 26, 2026. Participants in the Turkey Leg 100-meter Run, and 5k Run/Walk will receive a Pumpkin Pie at the Finish. Long-sleeve shirts will also be given out at our early packet pick-up. We will have music on the course, at the finish line, and offer finish-line refreshments. There will be no water station on the course. RETURNING IN 2026! Finisher Medals are included for all finishers in all events! SAFETY To be an event that is valued and available to the broadest family audience, we will have athletes of all abilities, some with visible and invisible disabilities, accommodated at our event. We would like to ask for your understanding and support, as this is a key driver as to why we are not allowing pets to participate.
