About the race
Lace up and join us Sunday, November 22 for a morning 5K in celebration of Charlotte's birthday. It's a morning of movement, community, and to raise funds for the Charlotte Savill Memorial Foundation. This race benefits research into Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma (FLC), a rare and aggressive form of liver cancer with almost no dedicated research funding — the cause Charlotte's Foundation was built to fight. Every runner and walker is welcome! The course winds through David T. Kennedy park in Coconut Grove, with an optional 30-minute warm-up/flow before the race begins. After you cross the finish line, stick around for a social hour with drinks, snacks, and vendors before awards are announced for the top 3 male and female finishers. Then keep the celebration going at our post-race afterparty. Every ticket makes a direct impact — 100% of proceeds go to the foundation's research fund. Whether you're chasing a personal best or walking in memory of someone you love, you're part of something bigger on this day. More event details to come.
